After working in the care industry for a good number of years and having experienced it on a personal level, we have realised how vital it is for an individual to receive the right type of personal care. It needs to be delivered by someone who is not just fully qualified, but also compassionate, understanding and competent enough to provide the best care possible.

With the ever increasing demand of care in the UK, we understand that it’s now more important than ever that a high standard of care is maintained. This is why we aim to change the approach of the care system in the UK by putting people first. We want families to feel that their loved ones are properly looked after and are receiving the care they deserve.

Highly trained and dedicated carers are imperative to us at Zen Care Solutions. We make sure they are recognised and rewarded for their unfaltering work ethic. Our staff is also provided with expert training and skill development opportunities to allow them to be the best at what they do. We know first-hand that reliable care is an invaluable asset.

We provide specialist temporary and permanent care staff for private care homes, hospitals, day centres, respite services and mental health establishments. Alongside this, we also deliver services which focus purely on providing care to individuals who prefer to stay in the comfort of their own home with their families to not miss any memorable moments.

Training is a core part of the staff induction process. We give all new staff an induction training course and every carer comes back for a yearly update. Training in specialist areas is also ongoing throughout their time with us.
